| VICENZA ENGINEERING WORKS was founded in 1960. It was established by Sergio Agostinetto as an engineering company servicing the mining industry, also manufacturing and supplying water pumps to major companies, such as Zulter Brothers and manufacturing motor parts for Boy Brown, as well as numerous others |

| VEW initially started by manufacturing parts for the mining industry and manufacturing strapping tools. In 1996 the first of several technical machines was imported. With the aid of these machines the production of seals and buckles began.Eventually VEW bacame much more involved with the steel strapping and packaging industry. |
